Museum of Naxos Naxos Archaeological Museum is located in Naxos main town, in the area of Kastro. It is the most interesting of Naxos museums.
The Museum is housed in a beautiful Venetian building that used to be the School of Commerce. The building has been declared a historical monument and has been built in the 17th century.
The Archaeological Museum of Naxos Greece houses objects and art works dating from the Late Neolithic period to the early Christian times.

The Archaeological Museum: The Archaeological Museum: The museum houses finds from the archaeological excavations from different parts of the island.
One can see some marble and clay vases of the Early Cycladic period, marble figurines, bronze and stone tools, vessels, lamps…
The Folk Art Museum: the visitor will find there representation of a village’s house a hundred years ago with all the every day utensils, farming tools and clothes.
The Geological Museum which houses more than 2.000 rare specimens and is one of the most interesting of the whole Greece.
